These terms and conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement governing the je8 platform and all its services. By accessing the je8 platform, registering an account, or using any service, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1.1 je8 is an online betting and casino platform providing services to users in Bangladesh. The platform operates on Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

3.2 je8 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. One or more of the following documents may be requested for verification:

• Driving License
• Birth Registration Certificate
• Bank statement or proof of payment method

3.3 je8 reserves the right to hold withdrawal processing until verification is complete. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure.

4.2 Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes, though this may take longer if identity verification or additional security checks are required.

5.1 Welcome Bonus: New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200; depositing ৳10,000 or more gives the maximum ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement: To withdraw the welcome bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. Example: if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you can withdraw after placing bets totalling ৳30,000.

5.3 Each promotional offer may have its own specific terms. Please read the detailed terms of the relevant offer carefully before claiming a bonus.

5.4 je8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer, though this will not apply to bonuses already received.

• Each user may claim each promotional offer only once.
• If misuse of bonus benefits is detected, the account will be subject to investigation.
• Under the VIP program, weekly cashback benefits are available across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond.

6.1 Specific rules apply to each game category when placing bets on the je8 platform. Users must understand the rules of each game before placing a bet.

6.2 If the outcome of any bet is affected by a technical error or system failure, je8 reserves the right to void or review that bet.

6.3 Internationally recognised data sources are used to determine match results in the sports betting section, including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Results for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments will be determined based on announcements by the relevant authorities.

6.4 je8 will not be liable for disconnections during live games or live betting. It is the user's own responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection.

7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the je8 platform:

• Attempting to hack, modify, or reverse-engineer the platform's software or gaming systems.
• Placing bets or playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Claiming bonuses through false identity, fake information, or fraudulent means.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Exploiting security vulnerabilities in the platform or enabling others to do so.
• Harassing, intimidating, or behaving inappropriately towards other users.

7.2 Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of the associated balance, and legal action where necessary.

8.1 je8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• Detection of bonus misuse or fraudulent activity.
• On the instruction of a government or legal authority.
• Due to prolonged inactivity.

8.2 Users may also voluntarily close their account at any time by submitting a written request. In such cases, the eligible balance will be returned; however, any portion of the balance tied to a bonus where the wagering requirement has not been met is non-refundable.

8.3 For suspended accounts, the user may contact our support team to submit a reconsideration request.
